Track, manage, optimize — the smart way to handle silos
Silos Management System
Remote monitoring across every silo zone — dead zone detection, early warning of microbial activity, and automated fan control for grain cooling, integrated with your existing SCADA.
With the i4Serv Silos Temperature Monitoring System (STMS), we aim to provide complete quality management of your stock. It monitors temperature and detects microbial activity or dead zones by tracking the rise of temperature differences. A reporting system is available to easily manage and view the status of silo temperature conditions and stock quality. With average temperature monitoring, silo fans can be operated in auto mode to cool down the grain or stock in the silo — fans can run in both auto and manual modes. A complete solution for silo temperature monitoring and control, with reports.
RTUs
Remote Terminal Units are installed on top of each silo to gather temperature data from the sensor cables. I4Serv RTU units can connect with different brands of sensors — the RTUs install on each silo and work with existing sensors, providing an excellent solution for obsolete systems while reducing the cost of replacing every sensor.
Sensors
As we have an in-depth knowledge of the working principles of the complete system, several brands of sensors can be repaired locally in your country — the best option for cost saving and reduced delivery times. Customized sensors on request can also be produced locally.
